Charalambos Dendrinos is Research Fellow at the Hellenic Institute, Royal Holloway, University of London, working on the Lexicon of Abbreviations and Ligatures in Greek Minuscule Hands, c.800-1600. He was one of the editors of The Letter of the Three Patriarchs to Emperor Theophilos and related Texts (1997) Jonathan Harris is lecturer in Byzantine History at Royal Holloway, University of London.
