Jimmy Rotheram is a primary music co-ordinator in a school in Bradford, and previously worked as a further education teacher and professional musician. After boosting academic achievement in his school through music, Jimmy was shortlisted for the Global Teacher Prize and awarded the 2017 Cecilia Vajda Memorial Scholarship as well as the 'unsung hero' award from AET Academies for his work as an advocate for music in primary schools.
