Dr. Jason C. Hung is an Associate Professor at the Department of Information Technology, Overseas Chinese University, Taiwan, ROC. His research interests include Multimedia Computing and Networking, e-Learning, Web Service and Anticipatory Computing. Dr. Hung received his BS and MS degrees in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tamkang University, Taiwan, ROC, in 1996 and 1998, respectively. He also received his PhD in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Tamkang University in 2001. Dr. Hung has published over 120 papers and book chapters, and has organized many international conferences. He is the founder of the International Conference on Frontier Computing. He has served as the Hon Treasurer and later as Vice Chair of the Institution of Engineering and Technology Taipei Local Network (IET Taipei LN). In April 2014, he was elected as a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET). Since June 2015, he has been Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal
