Dr. Deepak Bajaj is presently a Professor, Director and Head of Institution at the RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. He has been an Adjunct Professor at RICS School of Built Environment since 2016 and regularly mentors and supervises Ph.D. scholars and master's degree students. An industry veteran, Dr. Bajaj has rich and varied industry experience in diverse professional capacities in national and international organizations in real estate and construction sectors. He is Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors for the past 12 years and chairs the Assessment Panel in India and UK at RICS. Before joining RICS School of Built Environment, he has worked in project management, construction, real estate and facility management sectors of the industry. Dr. Bajaj has pursued his Bachelor of Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India, Master of Construction Management from University of New South Wales, Australia, and holds a Ph.D. from the
