Prof. Himansu Sekhar Behera is working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Sc. He has received M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from NIT, Rourkela (formerly R.E.C, Rourkela) and Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering (Ph.D.) from Biju Pattnaik University of Technology (BPUT), Rourkela, Government of Odisha, respectively.
