Hexu Sun received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University, Shenyang, China. He is a professor and former President of Hebei University of Science and Technology, China. He serves as Director of China Electrotechnical Society, Honorary Chairman of Hebei Electrotechnical Society, and Honorary Chairman of Hydrogen Energy Industry and Equipment Special Committee of China Electrotechnical Society. He is also an IEEE Senior Member.
Wei Pei received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Tianjin University, Tianjin, China, in 2002 and 2005, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China, in 2008. He is currently a professor and the Director of Power Grid Sciences and Technology Lab, the Institute of Electrical Engineering, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
