Guadalupe Laiz is an international artist, photographer, and explorer. Her passion for wildlife photography was sparked by a profound connection with the indigenous horses of Iceland, which ignited a pursuit of capturing the untamed spirit of animals in her photography. Laiz's first book, Horses of Iceland (2019), is being reprinted by The Images Publishing Group, which also published her second book, Among the Living, Where You Belong (2023) showcasing the magnificent wildlife photography taken by Laiz in Kenya, Namibia, Tanzania, Botswana, Rwanda, and Uganda over the course of six years. Laiz's evocative imagery serves as a call to action, highlighting the urgent need for conservation efforts.
