She is a licensed professional counselor in West Virginia with more than 20 years of clinical and teaching experience. Bob Masson is professor emeritus at West Virginia University and has over 30 years of experience teaching courses in counseling. Riley Harvill is co-founder of The HarBeck Company, Inc., a leadership and human resources training and consulting firm, and has served as an associate professor of counseling education at the University of North Texas.
