Dr. Ebtihaj Ahmed Al A'ali is an Associate Professor, Department of Management and Marketing, College of Business Administration, University of Bahrain. She holds a Ph.D. degree in industrial psychology and industrial sociology from Lancaster University, United Kingdom. She is a founder of Bahrain management society. working with United Nations Development Programme and UNIDO on project basis. She published many books with IGI. She as well published articles in different journals. Her research interests are women in management, organisational theory, organisational behaviour, research methodology, industrial sociology and industrial psychology.

Meryem Masmoudi is Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Bahrain, College of Business Administration. She holds a PhD in Management from University of Tunis (2013).
