Dr. Dmitri Souza earned his medical degree in 1987 and Doctor of Science degree in 2000. He is board-certified in pain medicine, anesthesiology, internal medicine, and headache medicine. He graduated from the anesthesiology residency program at Yale University School of Medicine in Connecticut; from the internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital of Maryland, which is affiliated with Johns Hopkins University; and from the pain medicine program at Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Souza is a pain physician and the Director of Clinical Research at Western Reserve Hospital, Ohio. He has authored more than a hundred publications, including two books. He serves as a Faculty and a Member of the Board of Directors at several national physician symposia, where he teaches pain medicine. He is a Founding Member and Co-Chair of the ASRA Pain Medicine Regenerative Medicine special interest group, Member-at-Large at the ASRA Pain Medicine Continuing Medical Education Committee, Co-Chair of ultrasonography in Pain Medicine
