Dr. Devabrata Sahoo, currently working as an Associate Professor, Department of Aerospace Engineering, Graphic Era (Deemed to be University), Dehradun, India. He has completed his Ph.D. from Technion-Israel Institute of Technology, ISRAEL. His research expertise is in experimental aerodynamics in supersonic speed and he has been actively involved in performing research in this area for the last 14 years. He is familiar with conducting experiments which include high-speed flow visualization (Schlieren/shadowgraph and oil flow), time-averaged and unsteady pressure measurements, and force measurements. Along with experiments, he has also performed computations throughout these years and is familiar with the computational tool Ansys/Fluent. He has more than 50 publications of international repute in the field of aerodynamics. He has worked on various research projects related to high-speed aerodynamics funded by the Govt. of India and was involved in designing and setting up a supersonic wind
