As a previous Royal Institute of British Architects London member and past Chairman of the Camden Society of Architects, as well as the founding Trustee of the modernist heritage NGO, Isokon Trust, Flannery has always been interested in engaging the profession with the public. Highlighting the importance of modernism to our way of thinking and seeing the world around us in critical thinking and design solutions.
