Byung-jin Lim is an associate professor of Korean Language and Linguistics in the Department of Asian Languages & Cultures at the University of Wisconsin- Madison, USA. His areas of interest are Korean linguistics, Korean language education, second language acquisition, computer-mediated communication, and Korean language textbook development. Jieun Kim is an adjunct instructor in the Division of Education of Trinity College, Deerfield, IL, USA, where she teaches the nature and functions of written and oral language, phonetics and phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and variation.
