Born and raised in Kenya, Bizzie Frost believes adventure in life is essential. In 1978, she married airline pilot Richard Frost and in 1984, his career took her and their two children to Saudi Arabia. Despite the restrictions on female freedom, she flourished, becoming an accomplished photographer, journalist and rule-bender. They left Saudi Arabia in 2015 and, now grandparents, they divide their time between Kenya and London. Her first memoir was Travels with Maridadi - Harley-Davidson Adventures in Saudi Arabia.
