Angela Sergeevna Borzova is associate Professor, doctor of technical Sciences, Vice-rector for educational and methodological work of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. Her research interests are in the area of air transport operation. Yuri Mikhailovich Chinyuchin is Professor, doctor of technical Sciences, Professor of the Department of technical operation of aircraft and aircraft engines of the Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation. His research activities include the development of a system for maintaining the airworthiness of aircrafts and flight safety.
