Cork native Anna Geary is a broadcaster, motivational speaker, and performance and mindset coach. A former All Ireland-winning camogie captain, she won over 20 All-Ireland medals during her playing career. After retiring from camogie in 2015, she moved into broadcasting, most prominently as a coach on the popular RTÉ One show Ireland's Fittest Family. She lives in Kildare with her husband and baby son. Anna's Game Plan is her first book.
