Adam Hart is a freelance journalist from west Wales. With a degree in History from Exeter University and a Masters in News Journalism from Cardiff University, he combines a historian's eye with a journalist's flair for writing. He has written for the Telegraph, WalesOnline, Cycling Weekly and a host of other magazines. In October 2022, Adam set out to retrace the escape route his great-grandfather, Frank Griffiths, took when fleeing in the Nazis in the Second World War.
