The Aitareya Upanishad 101: an original translation, in modern language, made plain and simple
Do you believe in evolution, but do not see this belief as necessarily negating the existence of an advanced Intelligence? If so, you may find comfort, inspiration, and perhaps even proof for your beliefs within this ancient Hindu work. The Aitareya Upanishad, which dates back to somewhere around 600-500 BCE, takes us through a journey … the journey of creation. It then leads us through the evolutionary changes that have brought us into this day and age and beyond, into the stage of existence that the ancient Hindus believed would come next. We were all created, the Hindus tell us, for a reason, and we are all evolving towards a particular state of beingness. How can the Hindus be so sure that evolution is fact, and how can they be so sure that there is some sort of Intelligence behind it all? The Hindu religion is the oldest on earth. Their ancestors claim to have actually witnessed a small portion of evolution in action, and through their experiences, also claim to have discovered the underlying intent of life (both in the general and the individual sense). This work goes into these experiences and the insights the Hindus claim to have gained from them. Also included in this narrative is an early Hindu concept of time and space that is extremely difficult to wrapt the human mind around. These concepts, however, coincide very closely with the findings of modern physics. This work is my interpretation of the Aitareya Upanishad. I have endeavored to simplify its teachings, expand where needed, and include modern concepts, discoveries, and quotes to make the central concepts found within it more digestible to modern seekers, especially beginners. (Do you know what he considered himself to be instead?) • Why Einstein felt his viewpoints on God to be a “somewhat new kind of religion”. The Bhagavad Gita 101: a modern, practical guide, plain and simple
The Bhagavad Gita (or “Song of God”) is one of the richest, most complete, and most important spiritual works ever composed. Its teachings have been a timeless source of inspiration, wisdom, and guidance for over a thousand years. The Gita (as it is affectionately known) is laid out as the story of a regular person, Arjuna, who has become despondent after coming to see life as a meaningless, pointless, and never-ending struggle. Arjuna is ready to quit. Sound familiar? Krishna (a mysterious friend and hero of the story) comes to Arjuna in his time of need and counsels him on the meaning of life as well as the path that leads to purpose and deliverance. What does Arjuna find at the end of his journey? Meaning. Tranquility. Enlightenment. Because the struggles Arjuna faced and suffered from are the same as those we face today, the teachings of the Gita are every bit as pertinent in our era as they were over a thousand years ago when it was first recorded. I designed my version of this enduring classic to be concise, modern, and accessible to all readers, even those with no prior knowledge of Hindu philosophy. “We behold what we are, and we are what we behold.” -The Bhagavad Gita Scroll up and discover the majesty of the Gita for yourself!

The Emerald Tablet 101: A Modern, Practical Guide, Plain and Simple
The mind-expanding wisdom of the Emerald Tablet, simplified! The Emerald Tablet is an Ancient Egyptian work written by Hermes Trismegistus that is believed to represent a step-by-step instruction manual for the Alchemical process of turning ordinary metals like lead into something much more valuable, like gold. The manual consists of fourteen cryptic, symbolic statements that many have tried to decipher over the course of thousands of years. I believe the fourteen statements of the Emerald Tablet to be a symbolic guide to a far greater treasure than the conversion of lead into gold. I believe it to be, instead, a symbolic guide to the awakening of the human soul. I believe it to be a guide to the conversion of a base and petty human being into an awakened soul, the likes of which we have seen in the Jesuses and the Buddhas of our world. In the Christian Bible, it is said that Adam fell into a deep sleep. Nowhere in that Bible does it say that he woke back up. The purpose of the Emerald Tablet, I believe, is that very awakening. The Hermetica 101: A Modern, Practical Guide, Plain and Simple
Since the beginning of time, humankind has pondered the meaning of life, the extension of life beyond this world, and the existence of a God or creator. The Hermetica is the second major work of the Ancient Egyptian philosopher Hermes Trismegistus, who is reported to have had an awakening during an extended period of meditation. During this awakening, Hermes, much like Jesus and Buddha later on, claims to have been exposed to the meaning of life, the presence of a world beyond this world, the existence of God, and the secret of our immortality. The Hermetica is his account of the experience. 'Just as we were developed for this world in the womb, so too are we being developed for the next world within these bodies.' 'Just as we emerged from the world of our mother's womb into this world, so too will we emerge from the world of these bodies into the next...''

Jesus Christ, Zen Master: The top 116 sayings of an Enlightened Jesus
Jesus Christ was a Zen master? In at least one version of early Christian belief, he sure sounded like one. Early Christianity was far from the gentle and unified belief system that we have been led to believe it was. In fact, in the earliest stages of its development, interpretations of the meanings of Jesus’ teachings varied widely, were hotly debated, and differing views were not tolerated well at all. The Jesus narrative that eventually won out was passed on to future generations while the losers had their books burned and adherents imprisoned, tortured, or put to death. Talk about issues with freedom of religion! Luckily, an early Christian group called the “Gnostics”, in seeing their beloved books burned and adherents mistreated, buried their most important works in hopes of future discovery. These works were discovered in Nag Hammadi, Egypt in 1945 and have shed quite a bit of light on an alternative and very different interpretation of Jesus’ teachings—one that was widely followed in the early years of Christianity, yet more closely resembles the “enlightenment” teachings of Zen and Buddhism. The Zen-like nature of the Gnostic’s Jesus is the focus of this work. “What you seek after is within you.” - Dialogue of the Savior Scroll up and grab your copy today!
