Out in the woods nearly five miles from home, Jerry sat awaiting a friend. The two planned to scout a nearby Civil War burial ground. The friend never showed up. Instead there was Zo, a causal, friendly man, strangely dressed in matching coveralls and boots. In spite of this unknown man’s appearance in the remote place, Wills was neither surprised nor frightened.
