A. We do not guarantee that the review will be positive. Purchasing a review guarantees that the book reaches the top of our review pile and will be read and reviewed. The trust with our audience is paramount.

A. We look to ensure our reviewers are reading the genres they enjoy. Where we need to allocate multiple reviewers to a book, we put a call out to our panel and reviewers are allocated on a first come first served basis.

A. In order to maintain our success rate with review panels, we stick to the levels proposed and will not go over these benchmarks.

A. Because of the size of our panels, we don’t usually find it difficult to allocate reviewers, and so in 99% of campaigns, we will find the reviewers who want to review the title. The challenge sometimes comes in getting the reviews back. We expect that we will receive 80% of reviews back
