Another completely captivating, and tension filled dramatic tale from Susan Lewis. I look forward to each new book and have to say, I think this just might be my favourite to date. The rather wonderful Andrea Lawrence (from previous novels) investigates a missing young woman. As Andee faces difficulties in her own life, she sets out to find answers for a grieving family. If you haven't read ‘Behind Closed Doors’ or ‘The Girl Who Came Back’, don't worry, as I do feel this can be enjoyed as a standalone novel. Susan Lewis writes beautifully fully realised characters, flaws and strengths sit side by side, creating people you feel you know. Information is slowly revealed and connections begin to create zip wires of tension skimming through the pages. ‘The Moment She Left’ is expressive and emotional, and yet a terrifically readable, entertaining tale. ~ Liz Robinson
